The growth in digital technology, especially social media platforms likeYouTube, has created significant opportunities for content creators to engagewith their audiences. This study analyzes the content strategy employed byNadia Omara to enhance audience engagement on her YouTube channelusing a qualitative descriptive approach with data gathered throughobservation and interviews with internal sources, experts, and active viewers.The analysis adopts Pulizzi’s six elements, which include clear objectives,audience understanding, content consistency, performance analytics,adaptation and innovation, and sustainability and long term vision. Thefindings show that clear objectives, audience understanding, and contentconsistency are the strongest drivers of engagement, reflected in structuredcontent planning, a relatable narrative style, and a regular posting schedule.Performance analytics are applied mainly through basic indicators such asviews, likes, and comments, while advanced metrics remain underutilized, yetoverall engagement remains high and is supported by the use of strongopening hooks and attention to silent audiences. Long running series andplaylist organization further sustain loyalty and encourage continuous viewing,indicating a coherent long term orientation. Overall, Nadia Omara’s contentstrategy effectively maintains and increases engagement while providingopportunities to strengthen analytics utilization and diversify content formats.
